Once the cottage cheese soaks up the essence of spices, they are ready to fry and they are freshly served by sprinkling a spicy chat masala. In each piece of cheese, you will find a collection of flavors which you will love.

#Ingredients: 20 Stripes of Cottage Cheese(Paneer)
#To prepare to marinate: 1/4 cup roasted gram flour 1/4 t-spoon oregano 1 t-spoon red chili powder 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 2 t-spoon oil salt to taste Oil, for frying Chat masala, to sprinkle
#Method to make Amritsari Paneer Tikka Masala
1. Take a bowl to make the marinade and put all the ingredients of marination and add water to it. Mix well in form of a slurry.
2. Put paneer into marination and mix it with light hands.
3. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan, and put 4 pieces of cottage cheese at once, fry them on medium flame till they become golden on all sides. Take out the paneer on oil-absorbing paper.
4. Repeat the process and prepare the remaining pieces of paneer.
5. Serve hot with sprinkling chat masala.
