Since Apple's new iPhone, which has become the second name for a luxury smartphone, has been in the constant news since its launch. Sometimes due to its unique features, the iPhone is constantly in discussion due to its high price. But now it has been accused of stealing a technology.

In charge of using dual camera technology in the iPhone, recently Israel's startup company Corephotonics has accused Apple of using its dual camera technology in violation of patent rights in the iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone 8 Plus.

Corephotonics has filed a complaint against Apple in federal court. According to the complaint made by the company, Corephotonics chief executive David Malkovich went to Apple to share his technique, but Apple refused to share any kind of partnership. At the moment, Apple owns even the patent rights of Dual Camera technology.

According to the complaint, “Apple’s lead negotiator expressed contempt for Corephotonics’ patents, telling Dr. Mendlovic and others that even if Apple infringed, it would take years and millions of dollars in litigation before Apple might have to pay something.”

Dual Camera technology is fast becoming popular in today's smartphone phones. The image can be captured without zooming the quality of the image. Many new features of manual focusing have been made possible with the help of Dual Camera Technology.
