In Saharanpur a 45-year-old Army officer at his official residence allegedly committed suicide. He had been suffering from depression as per stated by police.
Major Gurjeet Singh Bali, hailing from Jammu, was posted at the Remount Training School and Depot in Saharanpur in western Uttar Pradesh.Bali had been undergoing treatment for depression, police said.
The body of the officer was sent for the post-mortem.
