The autobiography of veteran actress Asha Parekh which is titled 'The Hit Girl' is about to unveil. For sometimes back, the actress was opened up on her fight to depression.

Recently when she was asked about it, the actress said, "That was a low period of my life, I had lost my parents. Suddenly, there was a void and there was nobody around me. I was all alone and had to cope up with everything. I had to run the house, which I had never done in my life, and also had to look after the accounts. Looking at the other things. It was a little too much for me and hence I just had a breakdown. But my doctor friends got me out of it."

She also talked about depression and how she overcame from this taboo, "No it wasn't tough. In fact, I wanted to be open about it and I wanted to get cured. I didn't want to go more deep into it. Today's children are into a depression and they don't talk about it. They don't go to the doctors and this is not a good thing because you lose a life. Depression can take you into a black hole, so it is terrible."

A day after tomorrow on April 10, 2017, Salman Khan will unveil her autobiography.
