If you want to keep your liver healthy then you have to avoid eating some foods, because the direct effect of eating it falls on the liver. Let's know what should be avoided by the lever patient.

4-Painkillers cures pain, but these pen killers have many side effects. Therefore, more pain killers should not be taken. This can lead to problems like liver damage.

5-more salt intake also damages the liver. Eating more salt leads to accumulation of water in the liver and it becomes swollen.
