The Bharatiya Janata Party has made government in Goa and now after this, it is all set to make its government in Manipur. It will be the first time that BJP is going to make its government in this state. Biren Singh of BJP will take oath as the Chief Minister of Manipur today.

On 60 seats of Manipur the voting was done and in the result, the congress party got 28 seats while BJP got 21 seats. While left over seats were got by other parties.

In the recently came results of Assembly elections 2017 the Congress party in Manipur emerged as the biggest party while BJP was in the second position. Despite that BJP is making Government in Manipur by having the support of other party members.
