According to the recent report, LG company refunding back the amount to all those Nexus 5X smartphone users who are facing boot loops in their phone. The actual process of the company is like repair, replace, or issue a refurbished unit. But this time company is refunding back because no part is available for the repair. After launching Pixel, Google is no more interested in selling Nexus 5X smartphones.
These refund information is provided by a Reddit users, and also available on the dedicated Nexus 5X subreddit. Users facing problem of boot loop, give their smartphones to the LG Company for the repair. After few days, users receive a mail from the company that the required part is not available any more. They are asking for a sales receipt for making refund, they need to know the exact amount.
"We're sorry to hear that you've experienced a problem with your LGH790 and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to provide a warranty repair. We have received your device at our repair facility but currently a part to complete the repair is out of stock and is no longer available.
To rectify this issue, we would like to offer you a refund for the full amount of your device. That amount will be determined by your sales receipt. Your refund can take approximately 4 weeks to receive due to the holiday."
The problem of boot loop is reported in the month of September by a Nexus 5X user. This problem is arise when latest Android version is released Android 7.0 Nougat. Google says on this issue, small number of users is affected by this boot loop problem. As it was a problem of hardware not software. Refund is first began in US than afterward available for other countries.
