The  Prime Minister Narendra Modi yesterday had a telephonic conversation with the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. During their talk, they spoke on a range of issues including the Paris Agreement.

The duo also exchanged views on developments of mutual interest, specifically climate change, in which Prime Minister Modi reaffirmed India's commitment to take forward implementation of the Paris Agreement.

On the 150th Anniversary of the Canadian Confederation this year the Prime Minister Narendra Modi also congratulated Prime Minister Trudeau.

For the promotion of stronger ties, the leaders agreed to continue communication and cooperation.
