Ingredients:
8 Puri (Golgappa Puri)
1/2 cup boiled and chopped potatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2½ tablespoon date tamarind sauce
1½ tablespoon green sauce
1 tsp garlic sauce, optional 1
/2 cup curd, stir
1/4 cupsev
Green coriander, to decorate
Method:
Mix 1 tsp garlic sauce with 1 tsp of water. Keep all other ingredients ready too. Keep 6-7 golgappa Puri in a plate and break it slightly from a uperside.
Fill 1-tablespoon potatoes and 1/2 tbsp of onions in each Puri. Put 1-tsp tamarind sauce in all the Puri. Insert 1/2 tsp green sauce over each puri.
Put 1/4 tsp garlic sauce on top of each. And finally add 1-tablespoon curd over each Puri. On top of it sprinkle the sev and decorate it with green coriander. Dahi Puri is ready to serve.
