Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 1/2 melted butter
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chives
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Method
- Peel and grate the potatoes
- Place the grated potatoes in a ice water
- Squeeze the water from the potatoes and place in a bowl
- Add all the other ingredients
- Mix well and make long flat-like patties
- Place on a tray and bake for 400 degrees C/200 degrees C for 40-45 minutes.
