In the ongoing 7th Senior National Championship 2017 ( Women) 'A' Division the Chhattisgarh Hockey with their great performance defeated the  Mumbai Hockey Association Ltd by 9-0 in their Pool A match.

Pooja Singh (22', 47'), Seema Ekka (24', 35'), ShashiLakra (26'), Soni Gaund (31'), Soni Singh (39'), Avntika Yadav (42') and Pooja Yadav (51') from the Chhattisgarh Hockey scored the Goals in the Match.

In pool A  Association of Indian Universities beat Hockey Karnataka by 8-1 and in Pool C Hockey Madhya Pradesh beat Hockey Unit of Tamil Nadu.
