What do you need?
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 2 tablespoon Kashmiri chili powder
- 1 tablespoon crushed fennel seeds
- 500 grams slice chicken
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Curry leaves
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 cup coconut oil
- Salt
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
How to make?
- Wash the chicken and make slits.
- Mix turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, lime juice, garam masala, lime juice, and Kashmiri chili powder.
- Then marinate the chicken with the mixture for about an hour.
- Take the chicken and sprinkle with flour.
- Mix fennel seeds, red chili flakes, and curry leaves.
- Keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Put the coconut oil in a pan and heat.
- Deep fry the chicken till you get the golden brown color.
