Ingredients-
4 potatoes
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tea spoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon garlic (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon (garlic paste)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon onion paste
1 teaspoon (white sesame roasted)
1 small spoon green onion (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil
1 tsp cornflour Oil to fry
Method -
First, peel the potato and cut it in the shape of French fries. Now take a bowl and put potatoes in it and mix cornflour on it and mix it well. After this, heat the oil in a pan and fry the chopped potatoes deeply in it. Now add red chili powder, chat masala, garlic paste and salt in a separate bowl and mix it well.
Now put the potatoes in this paste and wrap it well and keep in mind that potato pieces do not break.
When you wrap all the potatoes in a paste, put 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and keep it warm. When the oil becomes hot, add chopped garlic and onion paste to it and fry until golden.
Now add red chili sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce and lemon juice to the roasted spices and mix it. Now add potato to it and fry well for 3-4 minutes and then add honey and cook it. Your spicy chili potatoes ready.
Now remove it in the plate and sprinkle the sesame seeds and serve them.
