Ingredients:
200 grams noodles (boiled), 300 grams mushrooms (cut from slices), 1/2 teaspoon garlic (finely chopped, 1/2 teaspoon ginger (finely chopped), 1 teaspoon green chilli (finely chopped), 1 / 2 teaspoon spring onion (chopped), 2 teaspoon oil, 1 spoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar, salt according to taste
Method:
1- First, heat the oil in the pan, when the oil becomes hot, add garlic, ginger and green chilies to it and fry it until it turns red.
2- Then put the cut spring onion in it. When the onion becomes light pink, then add chopped mushrooms.
3- When the water from the mushroom starts releasing and after some time it dry, add black pepper to it.
4- After adding soy sauce to it mix it. Then put the noodles and salt according to taste.
5- Now add rice vinegar and off the flame. After this, add rest of the cut spring onion in it.
6-Your Mushroom Noodles are Ready.
