Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh or dessicated coconut
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup full cream milk
- 1 tsp ghee
- 5 cardamom
- 10 chopped cashews
Method:
- In a kadai take a cup of coconut
- Add 3/4 cup of sugar
- Mix until the sugar melts
- Add the milk and mix till it starts leaving the pan
- Add the ghee
- Add few chopped cashews
- Add cardamom powder and mix
- Transfer on to a plate that is greased with ghee
- Press into a square shape.
- Take a knife and cut into square shapes
- additionally, add cardamom powder.
- Allow to cool and serve.
