Television's star comedian Sunil Grover has down with Dengue and was admitted to Asian Heart hospital.

A source says, "Once he was back from Delhi he said he was down with viral fever. But after check up he got to know, he was suffering from dengue."

Added the source, "Thankfully, there was no show scheduled for this week." On the work front, if reports are to be believed then he has bagged a show and will soon be making a comeback on TV. Also the comedian will be seen replacing Elli Avram for hosting the upcoming show The Great Indian Laughter Challenge. Says the source, "It’s a laughter show and we have had a screen test and rehearsals with our mentors and host Elli. We now feel she doesn’t fit the bill and isn’t able to pull off Hindi as required for the show. We’re now in talks with Sunil Grover and working on dates. If all goes well, we will have him as the host."

It will also have Zakhir Khan, Mallika Dua and Hussain Dalal in the judge panel.
