The court has issued a non-bailable warrant for the arrest of Zakir Naik after he didn't present himself in front of the Enforcement Directorate.
Before the court, the Enforcement Directorate claimed that they had sent four summons to Naik to which there has been no response. It is said that he is staying in Saudi Arabia.
Naik is accused of promoting enmity between groups on religious and racial grounds, as also accumulating funds in an illegal way for his NGO.
