Bir Radha Sherpa who won the title trophy of Dance Plus 3 with the hands of legendary dancer Prabhudeva. On his victory Bir has said that he wants to dance with the super energetic Ranveer Singh in a song. He said that “I would like to perform alongside Ranveer Singh in a song. I am a big fan of his and he inspires me a lot. I would like to dance and also act along with him”.

"The next thing I want to do is become world's number one dancing icon and represent my country internationally at the World Hip Hop championship as a solo artist," he further said. The winner also thanks all his supporters and mentors who helped him throughout his journey and made him a superstar from a local resident of Assam. 

As Bir has won the dance reality show he desires to take part in international dance competitions. 
Bir Radha Sherpa won Rs.25 lakh and a brand new Hyundai I Elite i20 car, an Oppo phone, voucher worth Rs 1 lakh and a Suzuki Gigsar SFFi bike. When asked Bir about his future plans he said: "I want to buy a house and start dance classes for economically-weak students who hail from villages as I understand their plight".
