Fill a 1-2 litre jug with water, add mint leaves and thin slices of lemon or orange.
In a blender add 1 cup spinach, 1 cucumber, 2 stalks of celery, 1/2 cup green grapes,1 small kiwi fruit, 1 cup water, juice of ½ lemon or lime. Blend all the greens with the fluids in a blender, add the fruit and blend until smooth.
1 large beetroot peeled, 2 carrots,1 piece ginger, 1 cucumber, ½ cup water (optional). Add all ingredients into a juicer and blend.
1 banana, 4 dates, ¼ avocado, pinch cinnamon, 1 tbsp oats, 1 tbsp flaxseeds, ½ cup almond milk, ½ cup ice cubes, 1 cup water. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
