An allegedly drunk law student rammed his Porsche on a dozen local auto rickshaws late night at 3:30 A.M. where an auto driver was killed and three other drivers were injured. The incident took place on the city’s Cathedral Road, where auto rickshaws were parked in a row on the. The name of the driver who lost his life is confirmed to be, Arumugam, he was killed on the spot. Many of the other autos were crumbled.

Vikas Vijayanand, 22 was arrested for striking his gleaming blue Porsche,which was also completely smashed. "The student Vikas Vijayanand was drunk while driving. We are investigating," said a police officer.
