Here's the truth why eggs are good for you:

Choline:- It plays a very essential role in fetal and infant brain development and if consumed during pregnancy it can prevent neural tube defects.

Lutein/Zeaxanthin:- Plays an essential role in eye health and can prevent cataracts and macular degeneration.

Vitamin D:- Essential for bone health and helps in the absorption of calcium. There aren't many foods that contain vitamin D, but egg yolks do have it!

Protein:-Eggs are packed with protein. Protein helps with appetite and blood sugar, which can help in weight maintenance.

Leucine:- An amino acid that helps in muscle protein synthesis.
