Ingredients for Samosa cover:

1 cup flour, salt according to taste, small spoon sugar, dry active yeast, as per the requirement of spoonful oil. Stuffing ingredients: Two boiled potatoes, green peas, red chilli powder, salt to taste, small spoon green chillies, finely chopped ginger, finely chopped coriander, coriander, half teaspoon, cumin and garam masala according to taste.

Recipe: Mix flour, sugar, dry active yeast and a little oil in a bowl with hot lukewarm water and keep it covered for 2 hours, so that the dough becomes properly mixed with yeast . For Samosa Stuffing: Boil the potatoes and peel.

Take a pan, put oil in a pan and heat. Then put cumin seeds, green chilies, ginger, garlic, peas, groundnut and coriander in the oil till it becomes brown. Then put the peeled potatoes in it and mix it well. Put the garam masala on top as per taste.

Finally, add green chopped coriander and mix it well. Now take a small ball shaped dough, flatten it with belan and make it like chapati. Now cut into half and make it like samosa shaped. Fill the masala in a samosa-shaped and make a samosa podia and close it with water in hand so that the masala does not get out.

Keep all the samosas in a tray for half an hour. Then hit the oven on 180d. Put the samosa tray into the oven for 10 minutes. Samosa will be light brown in a while after samosa gets cooked. After that, bake Samosa again for 5 minutes. After 15 minutes, the samosas will be made of golden. Baked Samosa is ready.
