Banda: Today, a 45 year old farmer identified as Biharilal hanged himself from the ceiling in his house in Bisandi village.
The family of the deceased claimed that the reason behind the suicide commit is that he was unable to repay a loan.
“He was depressed over the failure to repay a loan of Rs. 1.5 lakh due to which he took the extreme step”, said the family members of the farmer.
The body of the deceased has been sent for postmortem, said police.
