The Indian politician and journalist Feroze Gandhi breathed last on September 8, 1960.Today is the death anniversary of Feroze Gandhi. He was the husband of Indira Gandhi and the son-in-law to Jawaharlal Nehru.He was the publisher of The National Herald and The Navjivan newspapers from Lucknow. 

Feroze Khan was born in a Parsi Family at the Tehmulji Nariman Hospital in Bombay.  On the death anniversary of Feroz Gandhi,  here are some of his interesting roles of his life that you should know about him and his life

Feroze was active in the politics, and as a journalist, he served as the publisher of the The National Herald and The Navjivan newspapers from Lucknow.

Feroz Gandhi, in 1952 won independent India’s first general elections from Rae Bareli. In 1957 he was re-elected from Rae Bareli.

His elder son Rajiv Gandhi became the Prime Minister of India.
