In Muktsar, a car head on head collided with a state-owned transport bus. In the mishap, four persons lost their lives while other suffered from injuries, as per stated by police.

They were residents of Udekaran village in Moga, were on their way to Khudian village when the accident occurred at the Muktsar-Malaut bypass here.

The official as per the sources news said The deceased have been identified as Rana Singh (42), Mukhtiar Singh (58), Bakhatavar Singh (61) andSeeto Kaur (55).

He added 'The injured are undergoing treatment in a hospital here'
