Give Gujarati touch to your dinner with Garlic Chutney

Ingredients:

25 garlic buds
3 tsp red
chilli powder
1/2
tsp cumin seeds
2
tsp Coriander Powder 1
/2 tsp salt (or according to taste)

Method:

Take garlic buds in a plate. Put garlic buds, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt in a mixer grinder. Grind them lightly (do not pour water while grinding).

Take out the mixture in a serving bowl and serve it with Gujarati bread or bajra rotla and sav tomato curry.
