#Supported Bridge pose (Setu Bandhasana)

  • Lie on your back
  • Bend your knees and place your feet and palms on the floor.
  • Now, lift your hips and lower back off the floor
  • Hold this position for about 10 to 15 secs
  • Repeat this 5 to 10 times.

# Pigeon Pose (Kapotasana)

  • Stand on your palms and knees
  • Bring the right knee forward
  • Twist the leg so that the right foot is behind the left wrist
  • Stretch your hands like you're in sleeping position
  • Take deep breaths and maintain for about 15-30 secs
  • Repeat 5 to 10 times, alternate between legs

#Reclining Big Toe Pose (Supta Padangusthasana)

  • Lie on your back and bring the left knee to your chest
  • Now, secure an elastic strap around your foot
  • Lift your left leg towards the ceiling
  • Maintain this position for about 10 secs
  • Repeat with other leg
  • Alternate between legs, and do this 5 to 10 times

# Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)

  • Lie on your stomach
  • Fold your elbow and place it underneath your shoulders
  • Raise your upper body
  • Hold for about 15-30 secs
  • Lower your upper body back down
  • Repeat 5 to 10 times
