Now, in Gurgaon, you will be seeing electric buses running on the road. Actually, Haryana Government is ready to start electricity buses in Gurgaon soon. It is being told that the government has been inspired by Poland and has decided to start electric buses. Haryana Urban Local Bodies Minister Kavita Jain said that in the first phase, about 75 - 100 electric buses will be operated.

According the report, Kavita Jain said that JBM is working for the construction facility of Soliris Electric Vehicles Ltd. in Poland. He said that compared to ordinary buses, these buses will save 4.5 million liters of fuel and make carbon emissions 1150 tonnes per year.

In the first phase, electric buses will be operated in Gurgaon, which has excellent infrastructure and facilities in the residential, commercial and public sectors. Jain further said that the BNG Group has already set up a facility to build CNG buses in Ballabgarh near Faridabad.

The operation of electric buses will not only reduce the consumption of diesel but also save the environment from harm.
