2. Migraine pain: Having an apple empty stomach in the morning relieves the pain.

3. Dry Cough: Take six dates and boil it in half litre of milk for twenty five minutes over low heat. Drink three cups a day of it.

4. Constipation or Indigestion: Eat half a cups of cooked beets before breakfast, it is the ultimate remedy for chronic constipation or indigestion.
