INGREDIENTS:
Cashews - 20 grams
Almonds - 20 grams
Pistachio - 20 grams
Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Saffron - 1/8 teaspoon
Milk - 1 litre
Sugar - 50 grams
PREPARATION
1. In a blender add 20 grams cashews, 20 grams almonds, 20 grams pistachio, 1 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/8 teaspoon saffron and blend it until smooth.
2. Add 1 litre milk in a deep pan and allow it to boil.
3. Add cashews, almonds paste, 50 grams sugar and mix well to combine.
4. Allow it to boil on low heat for few minutes.
