Sometimes little children start to feel weak mentally and physically, the reason for this weakness is to study at a younger age and pressure of other things that start pressuring their mind at such a young age which sometimes causes their health and mind to become weak.

But today we are going to tell you about some such things that can help your child's mind and body to be healthy and fit.

1- To take care of the health and mind of your children, give them more green vegetables and fruits. By taking these things, your children can always be healthy.

2- Never feed your child more spicy food, eating such a food can spoil your baby's stomach that directly or indirectly affects your child's health.

3- Regularly feeding protein-rich diets with crispy vegetables to children, doing this will increase the concentration level along with their ability to memorize them.

4- Make sure that your child does not consume too much of pizza, burgers and other fast food. This can have a bad effect on your child's health.

5- If you want to increase your child's height, then give him around 80 percent of natural foods.
