It has also been discussed by assured Telecom Minister Manoj Sinha that there are certain flaws which need to be cut out, but in all case, there is all assurance that this certain IT Act would not only be able to express the desire for safety for people, but it would also have the legal power to catch on malfunctioning, disturb and remove all community action on the basis of illegal activity by any other third party which would be found seriously active in the context of public disturbance in India.

However, the Telecom Minister has assured the power of this law as the protection and privacy legal code for the public sector as they switch to the digitised cashless economy, but how far it shall assure the safety of CIBER world in India is yet to be avail in its ultimate regulation by the official performance level.  The instance of the hacking of Narendra Modi Ap has certainly demonstrated that the activity of the challenge for IT code of legal proceedings for CIBER and data safety for people, But they are assured by the government that certain flaws should be cut with formal proceedings step by step, so how far challenging its implementation is already discussed on the core.
