If you do not have the freedom to sit in comfort for two hours in this busy life, then it is very far to sleep comfortably, but sleeping is very important for our health and if we do not take proper sleep, its side-effects will affect our body.

According to a new research, taking a low sleep will have adverse effects on the kidneys. Most of the processes in the body are based on Natural Daily Rhythm (Circadian Clock or Natural Watch of the Body), which are controlled by our sleep.

During the study it was found that when this natural cycle of sleep is interrupted, then the kidney is severely affected. Searon Joseph McCullum, chief researcher at Brigham and Women's Hospital, studied the information of 4,238 participants at least two occasions during the 11 year period and found that taking a low sleep affected the kidney's ability badly.
