When it comes to users, Apple is standing first in the row to help its users. Recently Apple launches an Apple support app for iOS users. TechCrunch website first spotted this new app. According to TechCrunch including Netherlands, this app is now available only in selected countries. But for other regions like India, it will launch soon.

This new app works according to its name, this app helps users to know more about new products, get tips and tricks, schedule repair appointments at Apple Stores, and seek help through the call, email and more with Apple Support executives. And with the help of “history” section, you can know about your past queries you registered with Apple.

"Need help? Apple Support app is your personalised guide to the best options from Apple. Find answers with articles tailored to your products and questions. Call, chat or email with an expert right away, or schedule a call back when it's convenient. Get a repair at an Apple Store or a nearby Apple Authorized Service Provider. Apple Support is here to help,” you can read this in the description tab of the App.

Chat section of the app let you talk to Apple support executives directly, and all take a look with whom they are talking.  You can register you all Apple devices with the App like iPhones or MacBook. Some articles are also featured in the app like “How-To’s such as backing up the data on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch?”

The App Store listing in the Netherlands App Store's page shows Apple Support as being compatible with iOS 9.0 and later OS versions. Around 95.2MB in size, it is available in 12 languages - English, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Traditional Chinese and Turkish.

Hope this App  will help you with your Apple devices.
