While picking up the team members for the coming first two games of the four-day Test series of India counterparts Australia, the selectors are unlikely to make too many changes to the team.
The series is scheduled as a three-day warm-up tie from February 16 at Brabourne Stadium in CCI and the first Test will commence from 23rd of this month at Pune. The Australians have touched down on February 13.
The thing that holds the interest is that the ace fast bowler Mohammad Shami will be back to the pitch against the Aussies as per the sources. Shami has been set aside for November's third Test against England team owing to the knee injury. The player was undergoing treatment at the National Cricket Academy (NCA), Bangalore.
