India wins the second ODI by defeating West Indies

The second match of the ongoing five-match ODI series between India and West Indies yesterday was played at the Queen's Park Oval. Due to the rain, the match was reduced to 43 overs a side. The first match was also abandoned due to rain.

The Indian team made 310 at a loss of five wickets with the contribution of century partnership for the opening wicket between Ajinkya Rahane and Shikhar Dhawan and 87 from skipper Virat Kohli.

In 34th over Rahane completed his third ODI century. Three wickets were taken by the Kuldeep Yadav, two by the Kuldeep Yadav. Rahane was announced to be the Man of the Match for his brilliant knock of 103 off 104 balls.
