1. Italian Cottage Cheese Salad:
Preparation time: 20 minutes, Cook time: 0 minutes,Total time: 20 minutes and Serving: 4.
#To make dressing: 2 tablespoon lemon juice,1 t-spoon olive oil,1/4 t-spoon oregano,1 t-spoon finely chopped basil leaves,1 t-spoon crushed garlic,1/4 T-Spoon Chilli Flacks, 2 tablespoons chopped pinenuts/walnuts, salt to taste.
#Other ingredients: 1 cup low-fat chopped paneer pieces, 1/2 cup boiled pasta, 1/2 cup bean sprouts, 6 to 8 Cherry Tomatoes and 6 to 8 olives.
#Method:
1. Put all the contents of salad in a bowl and keep it in the fridge for cooling.
2. Put the dressing immediately before serving and mix well.
3. Serve cool.

#Ingredients: 3-4 lettuce leaves cut into small pieces, 2-3 chopped tomatoes, 2-3 chopped cucumber, 1 mushrooms equally cut and 1-2 cup capsicum cubes.
#To Be Mixed Together Into A Basil Dressing: 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves, 2 tsp crushed garlic (lehsun), 3 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika), salt and black pepper to taste.
#Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a dressing bowl and toss properly.
2. Serve immediately.
