The heartthrob of tele world, Karan Tacker is all set to sweep the silver screens audience off their feet as he is going to debut on silver screen with Karan Johar's Student Of The Year 2. If the reports are to be believed then Karan will step into the shoe of an antagonist. Meanwhile, the actor wore his mother visited Golden temple.

While talking about it, Karan said, "So basically I went to the golden temple was because I was in Chandigarh for Nach Baliye's promotions. My mother's native Jalander is about 4 hr of a drive from Chandigarh. So I drove to Jalander and spent 2 nights there with my mother and her family. It's been my wish for a very long time to go to the Golden temple. I have visited the temple a bunch of times as a kid, but this time it was after almost 5-6 years. So I planned to take my return flight from Amritsar. My mom and I drove from there in the morning stopping at several places. Because that's the best thing about Punjab, so much to see around, fields and the beauty of the place. You can literally have ganne ka juice everywhere. It's extremely beautiful and scenic because you have long stretches of sarsoon ke kheth throughout the entire drive."

"We visited the temple, and we had a darshan arranged for us. After which I was craving to eat at a dhabha there, but because I was really pressed on time and my flight was early. In the afternoon, we had kulche chole right outside the golden temple. We also packed some, this was from a 'redi' which is like a small stall-cart. Believe you me, it was one of the best kulche chole I've ever had. I swear to God it was the best best best kulchas I've eaten in my entire life. And that's what Amritsar is known for, the Amritsari kulche and chole. We had a wonderful darshan with this kind gentleman who took us around the temple. So it was a lovely trip, although a short one," he said in last.
