Bangalore: The murderers of journalist Gauri Lankesh in Bangalore, Karnataka are still roaming free. The heinous murder took place on Tuesday evening, but the Karnataka Police has not been able to arrest the killers and find an important clue about them. The Union Home Ministry has sought the full report on the steps being taken by the Karnataka government to arrest the killers.

When will the Gauri Lankesh killer be arrested?

The Karnataka government has definitely formed the SIT to investigate the murder of senior lady journalist Gauri Lankesh, but there is no news of any major clue being found in the investigation so far. The question is, when will the Gauri Lankesh killers be arrested?

CCTV cameras were installed 15 days before the house:

Gauri had installed CCTV cameras 15 days before at her home. The police are now searching for clues in it. These questions are also being raised whether Gauri had already anticipated such an attack, which led to the fact that she had installed CCTV cameras 15 days earlier.

Brother demanded CBI inquiry:

On the other hand, the brother of Gauri Lankesh has demanded the CBI to investigate the murder. Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is not denying the possibility of CBI probe. A statement issued on behalf of the Congress yesterday also said that Rahul and Sonia Gandhi have asked Chief Minister Siddaramaiah to get arrested Gauri Lankesh killers as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, on the instructions of Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, his ministry has also sought a detailed report on the incident from the Karnataka government. The Home Ministry has asked the state government to know all the facts related to the incident. It has also been asked to give details of the action taken to catch people involved in the incident.

Congress is raising questions on the silence of Modi:

Congress is constantly targeting BJP and the central government about this massacre and PM is also being raised questions. Congress President Sonia Gandhi did not take the name of the central government or the BJP in her statement yesterday, but she has tried to surround the issue by raising the question of a deteriorating environment in the country.
