Ingredients:
Pasta - 300 gms
Capsicum - 01 finely chopped
Tomato - 02 finely chopped
Onion - 01 finely chopped
Garlic - 07 finely chopped
Greenchilli - 01 finely chopped
Celery leaf - 01 small spoon
Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
Black pepper - 1/2 small spoon
Chilli powder - 1/2 small spoon
Cheese - 04 grated
Sugar - 01 large spoon
Oil - 02 large spoon
Salt - According to taste
Method:
First, wash the pasta thoroughly to make spicy Pasta Masala . After washing, put pasta in a large pot and pour 1/2 tbsp oil in it and boil it with proper amount of water. By pouring oil into the water, the pasta will look glistened and will not stick to each other.
When the pasta boils, take them out of the water and keep them aside. Now add 1 1/2 tbsp of oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, add onion, capsicum, garlic and fry until it becomes brown. After roasting the mixture, add tomatoes, green chilies, sugar, pepper, red chilli and salt and cook for 5 minutes. When the tomatoes go well, then pour tomato puree in it and fry for one minute while running.
After that, add little water and celery leaves and cook on medium flame. When the gravy is thickened, then pour boiled pasta in the pan and let it cook. When the water of the mixture is completely dry, turn the gas off. After that add the grated cheese to the pan and mix it.
Take it, your Masala Pasta is ready. Take it out in a hot plate and enjoy yourself with the kids too.
