Ingredients:
cottage cheese, Chopped onion, Capsicum, Chopped green chillies, Ginger paste, turmeric powder, Salt, Garam Masala, cumin, oil, Flour, Ghee
Recipe:
Take a bowl put flour in a bowl and add water and a little salt. Then add a spoonful of ghee and make it well. Now heat oil in a pan and put cumin seeds in it, add ginger, onion and capsicum.
Cook it until all the vegetables are cooked properly. Now add turmeric powder, salt, garam masala and green chillies in the pan. Then put the grated cheese and turn it off properly.
Bake parathas. Then roll the paneer masala in the middle of the paratha and roll it. Then serve it hot.
