Today we are going to tell you about the method of making Kalakand Barfi in the house.

Ingredients:

Green cardamom powder - 2 teaspoons, milk - 10 liters, pistachios - 200 grams, sugar - 1 kilogram

Method:

1- First put the milk in a pot and put it on the gas.

2- Keep cooking this milk for a little while.

3- When the milk is well cooked, and after leaving the pot, mix pistachio powder, green cardamom powder and sugar in it.

4- Now remove the milk from the gas. Then put the ghee on one plate and turn the milk in it. And spread it well.

5- Now sprinkle a little pistachio and cardamom powder over it again.

6-Kalakand is ready and now cut Barfi with the right size.
