Ingredients For Chhole:
Dry peas 1-1/2 cup
Lemon Juice 1/4 cup
Amchoor Powder 1/2 spoon
Chaat Masala 2 spoon
Sweet soda powder 3 pinch
Salt 1 spoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
Chopped Tomatoes 1 cup
Chopped Green Coriander 1/2 Cup
Chopped Onion cup
Chopped Green Chili 2
Ingredients For Kulche:
Fine Folur 100 gms
Yogurt 100 gms
Baking Soda 1 pinch
Onion 50 gms
Oil 2 spoon
Salt To taste
How to make Chhole:
- First soaked the Dry peas intowater for 6-7 hours.
- Nowtakenout the Dry peas into the water and add 750 milliliter water + Salt + Sweet soda powder + Turmeric powder into pressure cooker and Keep boiling.
- When cooker get 1 whistle then slow the gas flame and cooked the Dry peas for 8-9 minute.
- Now off the gas. When the pressure of the cooker is removed then mashed the Dry peas. - Now add Chopped Onion + Chopped Tomatoes + Chopped Green Chili + Amchoor Powder and mixed very well. After you also add the Chaat Masala + Chopped Green Coriander and mixed it.
- After you also add the Lemon Juice. YourChhole is ready to served with Kulche How to make Kulche:
- First filtrate the Fine-Flour and add Yogurt + Baking Soda + Salt and mixed it and make a smooth daugh. Keep this daugh for 4-5 hours.
- Now Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into round small balls.
- Now take 1 ball and lighter roll it. After you put the Onion into middle the roti and closed it to all side. Now roll it and make poori sized roti. And put it on hottava.
- When roti cooked on one side the change the side of roti. Now with the help of Tongs cooked the roti on gas.
- Hot - hotKulche is ready. Before served first spread the Ghee and served it with Chhole.
