In Geeta Colony area of east Delhi, a  27-year-old man has been arrested for stealing jewellery from his father-in- law's house.

The  Shahdara DCP Nupur Prasad as per the sources news said "The accused disclosed that he wanted to earn more money in a short span of time. On April 6, he invited his wife's family for dinner. At about 10.15 PM, he left the house on the pretext of bringing ice cream and committed the theft at his father in law's house"

The police investigated on the complaint of accused father-in-law which is when the accused confessed to committing the crime.
