Maruti Suzuki has introduced the New Generation Swift Hybrid to Japan in the world recently. This hatchback car gives excellent mileage without causing much damage to the environment. It has a 1.22 litre engine with 10 kw electric motor.

This new generation hatchback has been unveiled by the company in two variants SG and SL. This car is quite different from the hybrid offered at the global level. In this car the electric motor has been replaced by SHVC, which is supported by petrol units.

The new generation hybrid swift hatchback is not only good for the environment, but also the fuel efficient. Maruti Suzuki claims mileage of about 32 KMPL. It has made several changes in Swift Hybrid technology.

It has a 1.2 liter petrol engine which generates 89 BHP power. At present, this hybrid car is expected to be launched in India.
