Australia's Melbourne is the best city to live in, while Karachi and Dhaka are among the worst cities in this regard. This is revealed in the Global Liability Report of The Economist Intelligence Unit. According to the report, among the most luxurious cities apart from Melbourne, Austria's capital city Vienna was second and Canada's Vancouver ranked third.

In the other top cities, Calgary, Adelaide, Perth, Auckland, Helsinki and Hamburg are occupied from fourth to tenth place. In the survey, 140 cities of the world were included. No city in India has been able to find place in the top 10 cities.

There is no Indian city in 10 lower cities too. Syria is considered to be the world's worst city according to Damascus. Other bad cities include Lagos at 139th, Tripoli at 138th, Dhaka at 137th, Port Moresby on 136th, Algiers on 135th, Karachi at 134th, Harare on 133rd, Dohala at 132th and Kiev at 131th Kiev.
