Pink filmmaker Shoojit Sircar's tweet suggesting the ban on kids' reality show created headlines: "Humble request to authorities to urgently ban all reality shows involving children, it’s actually destroying them emotionally & their purity."

Now the judges of Zee TV's Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs defends their show. One of the judge Neha said, "I respect Shoojit Ji's statement on kids' reality show but I feel that this is a great grooming ground for kids and will only help them grow."

While another judge Himesh said, "No one has forced these kids to participate, their parents are well aware as well. It's completely their call; we love these kids."

However, the show has been topping the charts of trp.
