The three persons were beaten to death by the group as the argument increased over the ownership of a plot of land in Apta village, as per stated by police. The incident occurred last night.
The police as per the sources news said 'The construction was stopped by Raja Yadav, son of theApta village head, claiming that it was gram sabha land'
When Rohit came to know about it, he went toApta village with four others to talk to Raja but the situation took an ugly turn and after heated arguments, Raja's brother Krishan Kumar allegedly started firing. When they tried to run from their in a jeep the vehicle collided with a pole which is when Raja and other villagers armed with sticks reached the spot and started allegedly beating them.
In the matter, the police have arrested the accused.
