People usually face problems for booking  railway tickets; so, to reduce this problem IRCTC launched a new app for fast and easy ticket booking.

On Tuesday, Indian Railways launched a new ticketing App named 'IRCTC Rail Connect' to facilitate booking of train tickets. With this latest technology, the new App also makes booking of tatkal tickets, ladies quota, premium tatkal quota bookings and current reservation, easier.

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC), which handles online train ticket bookings, has synchronized the new App, IRCTC Rail Connect, with its website.

All the updated and related news of the passenger will be in the app. Travellers will be able to search and book train tickets, check their existing reservations or cancel them and get upcoming journey alert in the new application.
