Ratan Tata once again takes over his family business again. After the 4 year reign of Harvard Graduate Cyrus Mistry over the $100 billion company the committee has now appointed Ratan Tata the chairperson of the Tata Sons for a period of 4 years.

After these four months the committee will sit down together again, the panel will include Ratan Tata, Ronen Sen, Venu Srinivasan and Amit Chandra. It is said that the TATA sons were unhappy with Mistry’s approach of shedding non-profit businesses, including the steel business in Europe.
